Erlanger, KY, November 4, 2010 - Claims, published by Summit Business Media, announced Christina Bramlet as the new Editor-in-Chief. Bramlet was previously the Senior Editor for Claims Magazine.
Bramlet joined Claims in April 2008 and was responsible for the monthly development of various editorial sections of the magazine, all final edits, and coordinated with contributing writers. As Editor-in-Chief, Bramlet will manage all editorial matters and collaborate with industry experts to solicit educational and newsworthy material for both print and online dissemination. Bramlet has extensive professional writing and editing experience in the trade magazine arena. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Swallow is responsible for the magazine's weekly e-newsletter, in addition to copyediting duties. She is a graduate of Ohio University E.W. Scripps School of Journalism with a specialization in magazine journalism.

This person should know the business of loss adjusting, have a passion for writing, and be able to express themselves clearly and with creativity.

Announces Top Performing Advertisements in February 2010 Issue
March 16, 2010 (Erlanger, KY) - Claims Magazine, a Summit Business Media publication, announced the top performing print advertisements highlighted in a Baxter Research Center Inc. advertising effectiveness survey of the February 2010 issue of Claims.
The study measures the overall effectiveness of advertisements. Claims' readers were asked to indicate which ads they remembered seeing in the issue. Not only did they recall seeing advertisements but they began to read them as well. The 'starting to read' score is an outstanding achievement because it shows the ad caught their attention and effectively engaged busy claims professionals.
