Pinnacle Actuarial Resources Inc. acquired Bermuda-based Ordinance Holdings Limited and the renewal rights for clients of Canadian firm Grape Bay Actuarial Consulting Inc., effective June 30. Ordinance, located in Hamilton, Bermuda, provides actuarial consulting services to insurance, reinsurance, captive insurance and segregated accounts companies.
Howard Hughes Holdings has acquired Vantage Group Holdings. The all-cash transaction was valued at approximately $2.1 billion. With closing complete, Vantage anchors HHH's transformation into a diversified holding company. Vantage's leadership team, brand, distribution model, underwriting approach and service standards remain unchanged.
International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. announced that it has secured registration approval from the International Financial Services Centres Authority to operate an IFSCA Insurance Office in India's Gujarat International Finance Tec-City, India's first and only operational international financial services centre.
