One Alliance North America Insurance Company has entered into the catastrophe bond market through One Shield Re Ltd. One Shield Re, a newly established Bermuda-based special purpose insurer, issued $115 million of Series 2026-1 Class A notes covering losses that may arise from named storms in the states of Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas, as well as losses that may arise from wildfires in the state of California, over a three-year term on an indemnity, per-occurrence basis.
