Clyde & Co announced that Shain Wasser has joined as a partner. She joins from Kennedys, where she played an instrumental role in the opening of the company's Los Angeles office and oversaw significant growth in her practice.

Everest Group, Ltd. appointed Jason Busti as head of North America treaty reinsurance. He previously served as president, North America, at AXIS Re.

Kalepa appointed Audrey Howell as head of product. She previously served at Palantir Technologies.

Aon plc announced that Brian Bark assume leadership of the company's New York market in North America. He previously served as leader of Aon's Greater Florida market.
