Due to Applied's recent innovations to Epic Benefits, the move will give the agency's benefits team the same level of automated, purpose-built tooling as the P&C side of the business, while unifying client data and workflows that were previously spread across disconnected platforms.

SWBC has replaced its legacy policy administration system with INTX Insurance Software's platform. The implementation supports SWBC's excess flood insurance program and MGA operations while providing a unified operational architecture designed to improve efficiency, governance and long-term scalability. INTX also supports SWBC's broader effort to consolidate insurance operations onto a unified technology foundation. By replacing fragmented legacy systems with a single operational platform, SWBC will streamline program management, improve data visibility and strengthen governance across its insurance portfolio.

Harford Mutual Insurance Group and American European Insurance Group partnered with ZestyAI to enhance exposure visibility and portfolio resilience through verified, structure-level insight.

insured.io has partnered with Patriot General Agency, a Texas-based Managing General Agency and part of the K2 Insurance Services platform. Patriot General has implemented insured.io's Interactive Voice Response system, reinforcing its commitment to operational efficiency, customer service and long-term platform modernization.

Cytora has partnered with Ideal Postcodes, a leading provider of address validation and postcode lookup services. This collaboration integrates Ideal Postcodes' comprehensive address datasets into the Cytora platform, enabling commercial insurers to automatically capture, verify and cleanse property addresses seamlessly at the point of underwriting.

Fortegra has selected Duck Creek's Reinsurance and Duck Creek Clarity as part of its finance transformation initiative. The implementation will modernize Fortegra's financial systems and support continued growth across products, geographies and distribution models.

First Mutual Insurance Company has partnered with Chrp Technologies, an AI-driven home risk platform that identifies 400-plus failure points inside & outside homes that can lead to property claims. First Mutual Insurance Company, headquartered in Smithfield, N.C., sells insurance products through a broad network of independent agents located in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Horace Mann has selected ZestyAI to support the modernization of its property underwriting operations. Horace Mann will deploy Z-PROPERTY, ZestyAI's property intelligence platform that applies computer vision and machine learning across aerial imagery, building permit records, tax assessment data and other verified sources to generate insights across more than 70 structural and parcel attributes for 150 million residential and commercial properties nationwide.
