The IICF community comes together each year in the spirit of giving and friendly competition through the IICF Step Up Challenge. The IICF Step Up Challenge is a unique 4-week exercise competition designed to raise funds that help create better futures for vulnerable children through hunger relief in the U.S. and Canada and literacy in the U.K. while teambuilding through wellness. The competition runs from April 20 - May 17.
Arbella Insurance Foundation donated $2.4 million in 2025 to support 500 charitable organizations across New England. Since its founding in 2005, the Foundation has contributed more than $47 million to nonprofits dedicated to strengthening the communities Arbella serves.
