Aon plc announced that Catherine Williamson joined to the newly created role of growth and technical director. She previously served as partner at AlixPartners.

XPT Specialty announced that Kyle Goedeke has joined the firm as an underwriter/broker. He previously held senior underwriting and brokerage roles at QuoteWell and Southwest Risk, L.P.

Totalis Program Underwriters  appointed Stephen Harrell as senior vice president, responsible for overseeing both Insurance Specialty Group and Blue Sky Risk. He has held various leadership roles guiding underwriting and operational strategy at ISG.

Venbrook Group LLC appointed Awais Farooq as its new chief claims officer.

Fortified appointed Tiffany Overlease as vice president. She previously served as assistant vice president for the Alliance Gold Program with the National Big I.

Insurwave appointed Deepak Saigal as chief delivery officer. He has experience in the specialty insurance market, with a proven track record of leading the build and delivery of core policy, exposure and risk platforms for many of the largest insurers, reinsurers and brokers across the London market and the United States.

Hub International Limited appointed Sue Lee as senior vice president of investor relations. She previously served in senior level investor relations positions at several global insurance and financial services brokerages.
