Amerisure has apointed Amjed Al-Zoubi as chief information and data officer. His appointment builds on Amerisure’s continued investment in analytics-driven insight and digital platforms — helping teams make more informed decisions, respond more quickly to risk and deliver consistent service.

Ames & Gough announced the following appointments:

  • Thomas Marchetti — president
  • Matthew Gough — chief executive officer
  • Jessica Witherow — equity partner
  • Justin Gough — equity partner
Duck Creek Technologies appointed Jose Lazares as chief product officer. He previously served as chief product officer at Beyond Limits.

Satellite Agency Network Group appointed Sherri Warcholic as regional vice president for Connecticut and Rhode Island. She previously served at Liberty Mutual/Comparion Insurance as a lead sales representative.

Rockford Mutual Insurance Company announced the following appointments:

  • Tiffany Herron — chief financial officer & vice president, accounting
  • Aaron Powers — assistant vice president, accounting
The Hartford has appointed Pete Hill as chief underwriting officer of its small business unit. He previously served as vice president, small business product management, responsible for The Hartford’s Spectrum line of business, driving consistent profit and growth through challenging market conditions.

Everest Group announced that Christopher Kujawa joined as executive vice president and chief human resources officer. He previously served as chief human resources officer at Conduent Incorporated.

Price Forbes Re announced that Nick Frankland joined in the role of non-executive chairman. He has previously held numerous senior roles at Aon.

CFC announced that Nick Line has joined the business as chief underwriting officer. He previously served at Markel International as CUO.

XPT Specialty appointed Dayna Herron to its commercial lines division as vice president, commercial lines underwriter/broker. She has worked across virtually every role within a wholesale brokerage environment, developing a comprehensive understanding of coverage placement, broker relationships and client needs from the ground up.

IMA Financial Group announced the following appointments:

  • Suzanne van Staveren — chief financial officer
  • Drew Pippin — president, southeast region and director of corporate partnerships
  • Mike Bodack — president, northeast region
