That's the idea behind the 2025 Independent Insurance Agent Survey, an annual research project mounted by PropertyCasualty360.com in partnership with the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents, or PIA National.
This year's questionnaire begins with the following presumption: Today’s P&C insurance professionals must navigate fluctuating market conditions, an evolving regulatory environment, new and difficult risk-mitigation scenarios, recruitment challenges, and competition from new entrants into the business.
We also know from the responses to previous surveys that insurance agents and brokers often lean on insights from their colleagues to solve business challenges. The spirit of such professional camaraderie has fueled this research partnership for a decade.
The survey should take only minutes to complete. Responses will remain confidential and anonymous.
