National Association of Professional Insurance Agents announced that Rick Pierce joined as chair of The PIA Partnership, the association’s carrier council. He holds decades of industry leadership and extensive experience in agency distribution.

The MJ Companies appointed M. Craig Reavis as vice president for business and community development. He previously served at Atlantic American Corporation as regional vice president.

Davies appointed James Ferris as CEO of the firm’s captive management business. He previously served at BMS as CEO of capital & risk advisory in Bermuda.
