Howden has acquired Innova Re, a market-leading independent reinsurance broker headquartered in Lima, Peru. The acquisition of Innova Re creates a new presence for Howden’s reinsurance business in Peru, as it continues its strong trajectory of international expansion,and adds to Howden Peru’s existing retail operations in the country, where it is the second largest insurance broker with 215 employees.
Rokstone launched its International Casualty Division. The move marks the latest milestone in Rokstone’s strategic build-out of its casualty portfolio, following the recent launch of dedicated units in the US and UK & Ireland all within a matter of months, including Sports and Leisure Event Casualty, US Commercial Risks, North American Excess Casualty and the UK/Ireland Casualty division.
California Insurance Wholesalers Association announced NFL Hall of Famer and Super Bowl Champion Kurt Warner as the featured speaker for its highly anticipated 2025 Summer Forum.
