Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping communities and enriching lives, will host the IICF Global Conference from June 10 to 11 at Gotham Hall in New York City. The event will gather hundreds of insurance professionals, C-suite executives and business leaders for an action-oriented program focused on the theme of “Empowering Our Future: Personal Leadership, Innovation and Winning Talent Strategies.”

Arbella Insurance Foundation raised nearly $114,000 for its annual “Let’s Drive Out Hunger” campaign in 2024, which supports food insecurity programs across New England. In 2024, Arbella employees participated in the campaign along with Arbella independent agents. In total, the foundation, in partnership with Arbella agents and employees, has raised more than $2,144,000 over the last 17 years.

Farmers of Salem is proud to support employee involvement in charitable activities that improve the quality of life in those communities where our employees live. Loraine Lester, AVP, product & underwriting development, is celebrating her 10-year career with Farmers. Loraine is a committee member of the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition’s Lights of Life Gala, held annually, and serves as a peer mentor for the Peer Mentor Program.
