World Insurance Associates LLC announced that James (Jay) Robinson has joined as its new Southeast division revenue leader. He previously served as the SVP resident sales director, for the Atlanta market while also working across the Southeastern U.S. at Aon.

World Insurance Associates promoted Katie Scheuer to the newly created position of division revenue leader for the Great Lakes region. She previously served as division growth leader at World Insurance Associates.

Hanover Insurance Group has appointed Richard W. Lavey to the newly created role of chief operating officer. He served as vice president of strategic initiatives at The Hartford.

ATI Restoration appointed Gabe Diab as the company’s new chief financial officer. He previously served as CFO and COO at Ascential Technologies.

RegEd appointed Kevin Bieri as chief architect. He served as vice president of architecture at Fidelity Investments.

Kroll has appointed veteran valuations expert Lorna Harrington to its U.K. fixed asset advisory service team, as managing director. She previously served at Barrett Corp. and Harrington.

Acrisure announced the following appointments:

  • Mark Wassersug — chief technology officer
  • Shawn Pelsinger — chief administrative officer
Ascot Group appointed Marc Amen as chief executive officer, North America. He served at Renaissance Re and was responsible for managing the underwriting and key operational aspects of the company’s U.S. platform.

MS Amlin appointed John Gately as head of strategy, financial planning, and performance. He served as head of FP&A for the London market business unit at Hiscox.

BMS Group appointed Jean-Jacques Henchoz to the role of chairman of the board. He served as CEO and chairman of the executive board at Hannover Re.
