HSB has signed an agreement to refer Flume’s flow-based home water leak detection service to its insurance clients. Under the agreement, HSB will recommend Flume’s innovative water leak program to insurance carriers and other HSB partners that can distribute Flume’s smart sensors to homeowners.

The partnership leverages ZestyAI’s AI-driven risk models — Z-FIRE, Z-HAIL, and Z-WIND — to deliver property-specific risk assessments for wildfire, hail and wind. These insights will support risk-based pricing and help the Colorado FAIR Plan guide homeowners on mitigation strategies.
