Beazley announced Alessandro Lezzi as group head of cyber risks. Lezzi has served as Beazley’s head of international cyber for over a decade, where he was instrumental in driving the growth of the company’s international cyber portfolio. The company says his appointment reflects Beazley’s reliance on internal talent to build its leadership in specialty insurance.
Alta Signa Europe B.V. has promoted Vasileios Stasa to the role of junior underwriter for its cyber division. He previously worked in the finance industry, undertaking roles with Berenberg Bank, Invesco and others.
Ryan Specialty announced that Shawn Yingling has joined its specialty underwriting segment as chief retail distribution officer. He previously served as the North American alternative channels distribution leader for a global insurance organization, working closely with managing general underwriters, program administrators, group captive administrators and various other alternative distribution channels.
