Counterpart announced that  Jim Smith joined as director of digital distribution. He has two-plus decades of experience and previously worked at Relay platform, Bold Penguin, and Hiscox. Sprout.ai appointed Ian Thompson as the first member of its growth advisory board. He served as group chief claims officer at Zurich. PERse Americas announced the following appointments:

He served at Liberty Mutual as chief underwriting officer, global risk solutions. Xceedance announced that Katey Walker joined as chief of staff. She held executive roles with consulting and insurance companies, including Willis Towers Watson and Aon. Optio Group appointed Marc Van der Veer to the newly created role of managing director, Europe. He served at Nexus Group as chief executive officer, European Ventures. McLarens announced that Alistair Jacob joined to the newly created role of head of London International. He served at Dekra as the managing director of Dekra Loss Adjusters & Surveyors.
