Acrisure Re appointed Peter Sharpe as the new head of the London-based specialty reinsurance team. He served at Gallagher Re as an executive director. Trawick International announced the following appointments:

• Yirka Marban - head of human resources
• Brent Judge - vice president of corporate sales & distribution

Westfield announced the following appointments:

• Joe Kohmann - chief operating officer
• Rob Looney - chief financial officer

Charles Taylor appointed Robert Paxton as the new managing director of its Canadian operations. He worked at a leading Canadian law firm and as a management consultant to global organizations, focused on corporate strategy, operational improvement and innovation. Allianz Commercial announced that Priscilla Pazmino-Vitela joined as natural resources hub lead for the Americas.  She held a variety of senior underwriting roles at AIG. YANMAR Marine International B.V. appointed Wouter-Jan van Der Wurff as chief executive officer. He served as the CEO at Cable Connectivity Group. National Association of Professional Insurance Agents appointed Ariel Rivera as president. He  is director of business development at RGS Limited. Aon announced the following appointments:

• Collin Breeney - co-leader
• Joe Reynolds - co-leader
• Kary Trocchia - lead of the east region
• Jay Sherwin - lead of mountain west

Ryan Specialty Holdings, Inc. announced the following appointments:

• Lana Jankovic - senior vice president, chief audit and risk officer
• Mike Schulz - senior vice president
• Mike Benvenuto - senior vice president, chief procurement officer

Mosaic Insurance has appointed Francesca Harland as its new global head of professional liability. She served at Pembroke Syndicate 4000 as an underwriter. IMA Financial Group appointed  Renee Stock as the board of directors of TechAssure. She holds 25 years of insurance industry experience with a primary focus on global technology firms. Markel announced the following appointments:

• Lauren Percival - executive underwriter – general liability
• James Murray - head of general liability
• Olivia Hogan - senior underwriter
• Ed Norman - international casualty claims manager

Starwind Specialty Insurance Services appointed Kirk Conrad as chief underwriting officer. He served as the global head of analytics at a leading reinsurance brokerage firm. Coalition has appointed Tine Simonsen as the company's head of insurance for Continental Europe. He has worked as a specialist within the financial lines and cyber insurance area.
