IMA Financial Group, Inc. appointed Matt Hennessey as executive vice president, Pacific Northwest Region Sales Leader. He served at Brown & Brown as a senior vice president. Munich Re Specialty appointed Peter (Pete) Macdonald as chief claims officer for North America. He was also attorney and head of operations at the FDIC and former chief operations officer for a medical supply start up that was sold to McKesson. White Bear Group appointed John Symms as group head of capital solutions. He previously served at Fidelis. MS Reinsurance appointed Miguel Marin as the new head of data. He served as the head of business intelligence, data quality and operations at Swiss Re. PCF Insurance Services announced Brandon Gray joined as chief financial officer. He previously served as the company's senior vice president and treasurer. Charles Taylor announced that Clay Humphries joined as executive vice president of property and casualty in the United States. He has held various executive positions within the insurance claims industry. CRC Group announced the following appointments:
