Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE appointed Christian Sandric as commercial managing director Asia in Singapore. He served as president & CEO at AIG. The Hartford appointed Laura Hamilton as head of the Western Division for the company's middle and large commercial insurance business. She served as regional vice president of Southern California at The Hartford. Powers Insurance & Risk Management appointed Giovanni "Johnny" Favazza as commercial lines risk management advisor. He worked as a senior account executive at one of the largest insurance brokerages in Texas. Rice Insurance Services Center appointed Ron Osborne as agency president. He previously served as senior claims counsel at Rice Insurance Services Center. Gamma Iota Sigma announced the following appointments:

• Lindsay Spann - vice president of development and equity initiatives
• Jazmin A. Jones - manager of chapter operations and university programs

Alliant Insurance Services appointed Jared Pelissier as senior vice president, managing director, Alliant Specialty. He has 20 years of experience in D&O liability insurance and serving companies within the technology sector. Ryan Specialty announced the following appointments:
