Philadelphia Insurance Companies appointed John W. Glomb, Jr. to executive officer with Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. He also serves as president and CEO at PHLY. Omaha National Group, Inc. appointed Dale Mackel as chief financial officer. He served as chief financial officer and executive vice president at BlueCross BlueShield. McGriff appointed Greg Draddy to help drive growth in the Carolinas. He has experience in commercial insurance, including executive risk, real estate and private equity. PCF Insurance Services appointed Jenni Lee Crocker as president of the company. She served at Marsh as managing director and corporate leader.
