He served as a member of various working groups such as EIOPA's Catastrophe Expert Network. Wallace & Turner, Inc. announced that Otto Larson joined as a partner/producer. He is an active community member, serving as a volunteer on various boards including Mental Health Foundation, Springfield Arts Council, Springfield Country Club, Ohio Means Jobs and the Red Cross. The Hartford appointed Jack Bardrick head of distribution for its Global Specialty International division. He served as head of operations and sales manager at Hiscox. Alera Group appointed Whitney Floyd as senior vice president of sales development and operations. She previously served as vice president of sales and development operations for Alera Group's Northeast region. Mosaic appointed Claire Eeles joined as chief people officer and a member of the company's leadership team. She served as global human resources director at Gallagher Re.
