Neptune Flood announced that Matthew Duffy joined as chief risk officer. He served multiple roles at Bank OZK and its predecessor C1 Bank as enterprise risk officer and ultimately as executive vice president, director of enterprise technology solutions.
NFP appointed Aaron R. Haimowitz as a senior vice president, construction and infrastructure claims. He served as director of risk management at Turner Construction Company.
CRC Group announced the following appointments:

- Virginia Clancy – chief underwriting officer
AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. announced the following appointments:
- Andy Camber – lead underwriter
- Pete Philpott – senior underwriter
