Entegral and Tractable partnered and launched Smart Assist, a vehicle claim assistance product designed for use with mobile devices in North America. This new SaaS offering puts more control directly into the customer's hands after a collision and, in the process, helps to digitize and automate the claims journey from first notice of loss.

Guidewire partnered with One Inc for payments to provide digital experiences that deliver flexibility and agility throughout the insurance lifecycle, from quote to claims payment. The One Inc and Guidewire partnership will empower insurers with an out-of-the-box joint solution that will enable the rapid delivery of a frictionless payment experience for customers, adjusters, agents and vendors. Guidewire and One Inc now offer Guidewire InsuranceSuite and InsuranceNow customers an integrated payments solution that improves implementation speed and customer satisfaction.

Semsee partnered with ACORD functionality to its existing suite of tools. Agents can now not only download ACORD forms, but upload them to start a submission, enabling the platform to work seamlessly with any agency management system. Previously, agents — as part of the submission process — could also include an editable ACORD PDF pre-filled with the data they enter on Semsee. That functionality has now been expanded to include the new upload feature and enhanced download capability.

Hi Marley partnered with One Inc's ClaimsPay platform. This valuable new integration allows carriers to conduct text message conversations with claimants inclusive of digital payment, a unified and modern approach. The text-based opt-in for Hi Marley customers seamlessly integrates payments within their active insurance workflows, ensuring policyholders have a modern, complete experience within a single text engagement.

Duck Creek Technologies, Argyle Insurance and Coforge partnered for end-to-end implementation for start-up Australian insurer. Through Duck Creek's modern core system, including software-as-a-service solutions for policy, billing and data insights, Argyle Insurance will deploy a hybrid operating model into the Australian general insurance market. Their new platform will give brokers access to a wider range of insurers and their products, allowing them to offer their SME clients more choice and competition, improving client outcomes. The sub-60-day execution was achieved through the use of an innovative Australian SME template built by the Duck Creek APAC regional product development team.

Embroker partnered with LastPass to provide a single-destination, secure option for all customers looking for cyber protection. This partnership allows Embroker to better protect new and existing customers from potential cybersecurity attacks through LastPass' password management and real-time dark web monitoring. Embroker chose LastPass as a key partner in this endeavor due to their market-leading expertise and expansive customer base. Their extensive offerings are essential for businesses, including administrator controls, reporting on login activity, directory integrations, federated login and much more.
