National Association of Subrogation Professionals appointed Jon Coscia as treasurer. He also serves as president and CEO of Latitude Subrogation Services. Gallagher appointed Stefan Szulc as executive director of its global energy practice. He served as a client executive and placement specialist with two national insurance brokers and as an underwriter. HUB International announced that Kimberly Gore joined as hospitality specialty practice leader. She previously served as chief marketing officer at HUB International. Rivkin Radler LLP announced that Allison N. Stapleton joined as an associate in the insurance fraud practice group. She served as an assistant district attorney at Nassau County District Attorney. Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited appointed Rob Houghton as group chief operating officer. He served as group COO at MS Amlin. Marsh appointed Michelle Sartain as head of Marsh Specialty for the U.S. and Canada. She brings more than 20 years of experience having served in roles of increasing responsibility at Marsh. Mosaic Insurance appointed Womba Muzeya as VP, senior underwriter, financial institutions. She previously served as a primary lead underwriter at AXA XL. AXA XL announced the following appointments:

AXA XL's political risk, credit & bond team appointed Theresa Giraldo as senior underwriter, commercial bonds. She served at Marsh as vice president. CNO Financial Group, Inc. appointed Richard Shaffer as senior vice president, small market sales and worksite insurance operations. He served at Unum and Colonial Life as senior vice president, field and market development. INARI appointed Alexander Pike as chief commercial officer. He served at AkinovA as a founding team member and the commercial director. Zurich North America appointed Steve Lezaj as national complex casualty underwriting director. He served at Travelers as account executive director. LexisNexis Risk Solutions appointed Tanner Sheehan as vice president and general manager of claims solutions. He previously served in the insurance industry with companies such as Marsh & McLennan, AIG and Infinity. Transatlantic Underwriters announced that Angela Harrison joined the team as senior fleet underwriter. She worked for Nationwide E&S/Specialty, initially overseeing the central U.S. region and eventually taking on additional states, as well as managing a large limo program.
