Pie Insurance announced that Kristina Johnson joined its board of directors to support the company's continued expansion. She serves as chief people and places officer at Okta, Inc.

Sedgwick announced the following appointments:

  • Charles Brooks: board of directors
  • Christine LaSala: board of directors

One Call appointed Patty Onion as chief operations officer. She served as chief executive officer at Berkley Medical Management Solutions.

Holborn Corporation appointed Chuck Chamness to its board of directors. He served as president and CEO at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies.

Arbella Insurance Group announced the following promotions:

  • Karen Jansky: assistant vice president, application development
  • Mike Ledoux: assistant vice president, IT security
  • Chris Look: director of infrastructure
