PartnerRe Ltd. announced that António Horta-Osório joined as an independent director to its board of directors. He served as group chief executive at Lloyds Banking Group. Merchants Insurance announced that Tim Smith joined as regional underwriting manager. He served as a senior territory manager, focused on working with agents in New Jersey and Pennsylvania to write and retain middle–market accounts. Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) appointed Scott Sayce as global head of cyber. He served as group head of cyber, and group head of financial lines and cyber at AXA.
