Canopius Group announced that Neil Robertson joined as deputy group chief executive officer. He previously served at AXA XL as CEO. AXA XL appointed Matthew V. O'Malley as U.S. country manager. He served as a member of the board of advisors at the Graduate School of Education of the University of Pennsylvania. The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers announced that Mark Ruggles joined the firm. He served at Brown & Brown, McGriff, and DSS. Mactavish appointed Tom White as head of corporate customer solutions. He served at Zurich as U.K. head of property and casualty. McGuireWoods announced the following appointments in its insurance practice:

HONK Technologies appointed Rochelle Thielen as chief revenue officer. She previously served as CEO at Estify. Brown & Brown, Inc. appointed Gray Nester as chief information officer. He served at BB&T as SVP and business information officer of the insurance division. Sovereign Claims LLC appointed John Humphreys and Neal Conolly to its executive team as chief claims officer and president, respectively.
