HONK Technologies announced that it will manage roadside assistance for Toco Warranty, a California-based company that provides simple and affordable vehicle coverage repair plans to motorists, starting in early 2021. HONK has built a trusted and secure network of background-checked, independent service providers, consisting of more than 75,000 service vehicles across the country.
Sapiens International Corporation partnered with TruthMD LLC, which provides insurers and patients with data analytics on healthcare providers to deliver insurers real-time, accurate provider data. The partnership will enhance medical practice liability and workers' compensation insurers' ability to identify desirable insureds, assess risk, competitively price, underwrite and manage claims.
Falcon Insurance Group selected One Inc to expand the company's existing implementation of One Inc's Digital Payments Platform to include ClaimsPay. Since implementing One Inc's inbound payment solution in 2018, Falcon experienced a notable increase in customer satisfaction and retention, which contributed to the company's decision to add claims disbursement functionality.
