BMS Group appointed Chris Madell as director in BMS's new Financial Lines division. He served as CEO at Allstate Underwriting Agencies Pty Ltd. The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers announced that Mike Cuevas joined the firm's Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., office. He previously worked at Coastal Premier and Van Ameringen's Insurance. The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers also announced that Steve Borkowski and Caparo Insurance of Conshohocken, Penn., joined the firm, becoming Liberty's first partnership in the northeast U.S. QIC Global announced the following appointments for Antares Managing Agency Ltd:
