NFP announced that Charles Sternberg joined the P&C division as a senior vice president. WestCongress Insurance Holdings, LLC appointed Steven H. Kerr as president and chief executive officer. He served at Marsh as managing director and global engagement partner. Ensurem announced that Jamie Needham joined as chief marketing officer. She previously held marketing and communications roles with H&R Block, Sprint, Assurant and American Century Investments. Sedgwick appointed announced the following appointments:
