People on the move in the P&C insurance industry: July 17, 2020

Crawford & Company appointed Paul Kottler president of global technical services. He previously served as executive vice president, North America at McLarens. Breckenridge Insurance Services appointed Kristopher Parsons to the wholesale brokerage and binding firm as a senior vice president. His past experience includes time as an insurance sales executive and underwriter for AssuredPartners Aerospace Inc. Everest Insurance announced the following appointments:

Private Risk Management Association appointed Ross Buchmueller as the first board member emeritus of the nonprofit educational association. He also serves as president and CEO of PURE Insurance. Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE appointed Max Nussbaumer SVP operations, North America. In addition, the company also announced the following promotions:

• Joe Caruso - regional head
• Paul Schiavone - global industry solution director
• Rani Christie - regional head of distribution

Coverys Managing Agency Limited appointed Xiaohan Fang as an underwriter for Syndicate 1975. He previously served as senior pricing actuary at Renaissance Re. Coalition appointed Marcin Weryk head of business development. Before this, he served as cyber and technology E&O underwriter managing teams at global carriers at XL Catlin. Valley Insurance Agency Alliance named Amy Russell as its small commercial marketer. Prior to this, she worked as a commercial lines account manager for VIAA's sister company POWERS Insurance & Risk Management. Hiscox appointed Adam Petrone senior vice president and Northeast regional executive. He previously served as vice president of field management and led a number of strategic initiatives for the field leadership team. CCMS & Associates appointed Kristy Hauger as director of business development. She has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry.
