Coverys Managing Agency Limited appointed Robert Forster as director of underwriting. He previously served as chief underwriting officer and active underwriter of Novae Syndicate. PMA Companies named Robert Bell senior vice president, chief financial officer. He has worked at USAA as executive director, finance. Liberty Mutual appointed Pete D'Orsi to its newly created commercial insurance role of chief data and analytics officer. He previously served as Liberty Mutual global retail markets' vice president for business insurance product delivery. Beazley announced the following appointments of new underwriting team:

Worldwide Facilities announced that Frank Caplan has joined the company as an assistant vice president in the New York office. He has worked as an assistant vice president of marketing. Everest Re Group Ltd. announced that Jonathan Zaffino, president & CEO of the Everest Insurance Division, has resigned. The senior leadership team will now report directly to Juan C.
