Geoff Pope has been appointed vice president of Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk management business of Aon plc, and will be based in the Philadelphia office. Most recently, Pope served as vice president at USI Insurance Services where he focused on private equity and healthcare risk.
NJM Insurance Group's board of directors has selected Mitch Livingston to succeed President & CEO, Bernie Flynn, who will retire on April 27, 2018. Livingston joined NJM in 2006 and currently serves as NJM's COO & General Counsel.

Prior to joining the companies, she worked at an Illinois insurance agency for more than 20 years and has a total of nearly 30 years of accounting experience.
Specialist insurer and risk management broker Alesco Risk Management Services has appointed Alison Schwab and Mark Smith partners within its energy division. Schwab joins Alesco from Wortham Insurance in Houston where she held the position of director; Smith joins Alesco's technical team from AAA Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers.

Zurich North America has named Vince Santivasi head of Direct Markets. Previously, Santivasi was the head of sales for Direct Markets & Programs.
Karin Martin has been appointed assistant vice president, contact centers for the Arbella Insurance Group. Martin began her career at Arbella in 1992. She previously served as director of customer service and commercial lines operations, leading multiple areas including policy administration and customer service.
Ed, the global reinsurance, wholesale and specialty broker, has appointed Henry Warner cyber broker/producer. Warner joins from SafeOnline where he served as a cyber, media and technology broker.
Kay Wheeler has been appointed broker-underwriter in the managing general agency division of Worldwide Facilities LLC. Before this, Wheeler worked as a commercial lines broker specializing in professional, management, cyber and environmental liability coverage at Burns & Wilcox.
National insurance program administrator Brownyard Group has appointed Domenic Antinucci program manager for Memorialpro, a specialty insurance solution for cemeteries and crematories. Prior to joining Brownyard Group, Antinucci served as global property market-facing underwriter for Zurich North America where he underwrote global property risks and serviced large, multi-national organizations by developing solutions for property damage and interruption exposures.
Kelly Morton has joined Normandy Insurance Company as its Pennsylvania field manager. Morton previously held business development and marketing positions with USG Insurance Services Inc. and FireDEX Pittsburgh.
