EIS Group, a core and digital platform provider for insurers, today announced that CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, has selected the EIS®Digital Experience Platform™ (EIS DXP™) to support customer interaction and engagement and extend the insurer's successful deployment of EIS policy and billing systems.

InsuredMine, an InsurTech startup focused on providing consumer-focused tools for insurance management, has release an app for both iOS and Android users. Founded in 2017, InsuredMine provides a 'digital closet' for individual consumers looking to manage insurance information. The InsuredMine app consolidates consumer access to all insurance information, and allows users to set reminders for payment due dates. The app also simplifies the set-up process for users, and provides consumers the ability to connect existing insurance accounts by simply uploading a PDF, or an image of a policy declaration page which can be analyzed and interpreted by InsuredMine's inherent artificial intelligence (AI) tool.

Betterview, which offers drone-based inspection services to capture high-resolution images of residential and commercial properties, has announced an agreement with Munich Reinsurance America, Inc., to offer drone imagery, analysis and reporting to Munich Re's insurance company clients. As part of the agreement, Munich Re will refer insurance company clients that can benefit from the building/property data, analysis and insights that Betterview offers; interested insurance companies would be able to purchase Betterview's services for a fee.

FICO, an industry-leading analytics firm, announces its partnership with Barbican Insurance Group (Barbican), a multi-platform insurance group that underwrites business predominantly through its syndicates at Lloyd's of London, and provides global cyber insurance coverage to its insureds. Barbican will use the FICO® Enterprise Security Score to measure the cybersecurity risk of insureds, and will also provide insureds with access to the FICO® Enterprise Security Score Portrait product, which can help a firm identify and mitigate weaknesses in its defenses.

Roost and Bankers Insurance Group have partnered to offer each new homeowners insurance policyholder a Roost Smart Water Leak and Freeze Detector free of charge. In addition, those who choose to take advantage of this offer and install the Roost Detector in their home will receive up to a 5% discount on their homeowner policy annual premium.

The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group, an Ontario-based mutual insurer that provides residential, automobile, farm, and commercial insurance products, and Guidewire Software, Inc., a provider of software products to Property and Casualty (P&C) insurers, recently announced that The Commonwell has selected Guidewire Core and Data products to modernize its systems and transform the way it does business. The Commonwell has selected Guidewire InsuranceSuite™, Client Data Management, Rating Management, and Reinsurance Management as its policy administration, underwriting, client data, rating, reinsurance, claims, and billing management platform. The company also selected Guidewire DataHub™ and InfoCenter as its enterprise data management and analytics solution.
