AXIS Insurance, a business segment of AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, has appointed Christina Tom vice president, renewable energy underwriter. She joins after spending the last five years with Aspen Insurance as vice president, inland marine.
Andrea Keenan, senior managing director and head of industry relations for A.M. Best, has also been named operational head of the company's Latin America operation during a period of transition. Keenan was the founding managing director of Mexico City-based A.M. Best América Latina when it first launched in 2013.
Generali Global Assistance, part of the global Generali Group, has appointed Vladimir Poletaev vice president of global business development for identity and digital protection services. Poletaev has more than 15 years of identity protection industry experience and previously worked for Generali Global Assistance under its former name, Europ Assistance USA.
Scott Arnold has been promoted to senior vice president of finance and administration for DIMONT. He joined DIMONT in October 2016 as vice president of finance after having served as the company's interim controller on two previous occasions.

Novarica has appointed Eric Weisburg vice president of research and consulting. He has held senior IT and corporate strategy positions at AIG and Tower Insurance, and led insurance consulting practices at IBM and Navigant.
Michelle Tonietti-Goodman has joined insurtech startup Schedule It as vice president of operations. She previously served as the director of marketing and sales support for Bluegrass Cellular Inc.
Duck Creek Technologies has appointed John Germain chief information security officer, the company's first. Prior to joining Duck Creek, Germain served as vice president and CISO of IT Infrastructure at Xylem Inc.
Timothy Sunderman has been appointed president of Hotchkiss Insurance Programs LLC. Previously, Sunderman served as divisional vice president with Great American Insurance Group's Property and Inland Marine division.
