Patrick J. Milner has been promoted to president of NavTech, The Navigators Group's global business unit which underwrites upstream and downstream energy, power generation, engineering/construction and other technical industrial-related risks. Milner is an industry veteran who has been with Navigators in London for nearly 30 years, most recently leading the company's global upstream energy business.

New York-based Wellthie has named D. Orlando Keise chief technology officer, effective immediately. Most recently, Keise was responsible for marketing technology at LearnVest and Northwestern Mutual.

Dan Henry has joined Meeker Sharkey & Hurley as vice president of business development where he will be responsible for new business across the firm's employee benefits and commercial property-casualty insurance divisions. Prior to joining Meeker, Henry was a consultant for Buckingham Insurance with a focus on benefits insurance. 

American International Group Inc. (AIG) has appointed Anita Williamson global head of employee communications, effective immediately. Williamson was most recently vice president, global internal communications at Chubb where she led company-wide employee engagement and communications programs executed in the 54 countries where Chubb has operations. 

John Clark has been appointed Alera Group's national employee benefits practice leader. Clark previously served as the senior vice president and benefits practice leader for Assurex Global. 

IMA Inc. has appointed Michael Campo executive vice president and national construction practice leader. Formerly overseeing Lockton Companies' construction practice, Campo will bring nearly 30 years of construction insurance expertise to IMA's construction clients around the world.

Carey S. Roberts has been appointed executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary, effective October 30, of Assurant Inc. Roberts comes from Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc. where she has served as deputy general counsel and corporate secretary since October 2014, adding the role of chief compliance officer in September 2015. 

The Navigators Group has appointed James L. Rhyner president of the Navigators Pro division of Navigators Management Company, the company's U.S. underwriting operation. Rhyner joins Navigators from Chubb, where he served as senior vice president, professional liability. 

David Erwin has joined Madison Advisors as director, technology practice and principal analyst. Most recently, Erwin served as vice president of strategy and operations with Racami in Atlanta, Georgia. 

AmTrust Financial Services Inc. has appointed Ariel Gorelik senior vice president and chief information officer. Gorelik joined AmTrust in 2014 as senior vice president AmTrust North America operations and was most recently COO of AmTrust's AMT Warranty division. 

Greg Steele has been appointed senior surety account executive for JLT Specialty USA. Steele comes from Aon where he served as surety account executive/broker. 

Greenlight Capital Re Ltd.a specialist property & casualty reinsurance company headquartered in the Cayman Islands, has hired Michael Belfatti to the newly created position of COO, effective September 1. Prior to joining Greenlight, Belfatti founded and was CEO of M. J. Belfatti & Company, a consulting firm focused on insurance innovation, mergers & acquisitions, and other operational and analytical projects.

Brian Allen has joined Mitchell's ScriptADvisor Pharmacy Benefit Management business as vice president of governmental affairs. Allen is a former Utah legislator, lobbyist and has an extensive history in a wide spectrum of legsilative and executive branch assignments. 

Wholesale and specialty insurance broker Brown & Riding has appointed Mike Boseman COO. Boseman joined B&R's Casualty Division in 2007 before transitioning to Property Broker shortly after. 

Bill Webb has been named assistant vice president in the Construction Division at New Day Underwriting Managers. He previously served as vice president in the Marsh FINPRO National Practice for Architects, Engineers, and Contractor's Professional Liability.
