Lori Ault has been appointed executive vice president and territorial manager for XS Brokers and will lead the company's new office in Orlando, Florida. Prior to joining XS Brokers, she was a senior vice president at Admin America Inc.
Marsh has promoted Lou Ann Layton southeast zone leader. Layton, who most recently served as Marsh's Pacific North Partnership Leader in San Francisco, has relocated to Atlanta.
Todd Cunningham has been named to head the single-parent and sponsored-cell captives unit for Zurich North America. Cunningham has been responsible for underwriting and business development of customized insurance solutions for Zurich customers since 2005.
Geico has named Hank Nayden general counsel, adding to his titles of vice president and legislative counsel for the Maryland-based auto insurance giant. Nayden has been with the company since 1992 when he started as an attorney in the legislative counsel's office.

Stefano Tranquillo has been appointed senior vice president, division manager, EMEA/Asia Pacific for FM Global and will be based at its Luxembourg office. Previously, he was senior vice president, division manager, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.

Barbara C. Bufkin has joined Assurant Inc.'s as its commercial lines business development executive. With nearly four decades in the insurance and reinsurance industry, Bufkin will be joining Assurant's Lending Solutions growth and innovation team and will be responsible for developing commercial lines growth strategies, originating and fostering strategic partnerships and creating innovative product solutions.

- Gordon Delaney - head of sales for Northern, Eastern & Central Europe
- Michael Baltes - head of sales for Germany, Austria and Switzerland

David M. Johnson has been appointed vice president, regional manager, Asia for FM Global; he will also be the local liaison for FM Global's new major loss prevention training and operations center in Singapore, which is slated to open in early 2019. Prior to his appointment, Johnson was operations vice president, area manager in Asia overseeing FM Global's client service delivery.
