Danielle McMahan has joined York Risk Services Group as chief human resources officer. McMahan most recently served as vice president of global talent for American Express Global Business Travel. 

New Day Underwriting Managers has named Shane Kilduff an account administrator. Prior to New Day, Kilduff worked at MB Associates in Voorhees, New Jersey. 

Willis Towers Watson announced a series of regional senior appointments across its Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) segment in North America: 

- Alex Littlejohn - CRB West region leader. She will also serve as the CRB market leader in San Francisco where she will be based. 
- KJ Wagner - CRB market leader for Texas. He will be based in Dallas. 
- Paul Baldwin - CRB market leader for Phoenix. 
- Ryan Pischke - CRB market leader for Michigan. He will be based in Southfield, Michigan. 

Michel Khalaf has been named MetLife Inc.'s president of U.S. operations after he helped the insurer expand in Europe. Khalaf, who joined with MetLife's 2010 purchase of Alico, replaces Maria Morris, who led the U.S. business on an interim basis.  

York Risk Services Groupworking alongside its parent company, Onex Corporate, announced that Thomas Warsop has joined the company as chairman of the board. Warsop joins York after having served as CEO of The Warranty Group for almost five years.

Gerard "Jerry" Butler has been appointed senior vice president, Chubb Group, division president, North America insurance. He most recently served as COO, North America field operations.

Cunningham Lindsey has appointed Larry "Dan" Daniel COO of its U.S. loss adjusting business. Prior to rejoining Cunningham Lindsey as senior vice president, Daniel served in numerous executive leadership and client-facing roles during his 20 years in the insurance claims industry.

Carrie Dolan has joined Metromile as CFO. Dolan most recently served as CFO of Lending Club.

Global reinsurance, wholesale and specialty broker Ed has announced the expansion of its professional and executive risks offering with five appointments. Led by Paul Richards, the team includes:

- James Baird – director
- Neal Hughes – divisional director
- Rupert Alabaster – divisional director
- James Faith - producer/broker

Robert Connolly has been named chairman of Lockton Northeast, succeeding Michael Calabrese who will serve as vice chairman of Lockton's Northeast operations. Connolly has been the president of Lockton's Washington, D.C., office since its founding in 2005. 

JLT Specialty USA has announced the following appointments and promotions to JLT's Aerospace Practice in North America: 

- Steve Lloyd - CEO
- Steve Alexandris - appointed CEO
- Phil Gingell - promoted to executive chairman. He most recently served as president of JLT's Aerospace Practice in North America and was based out of Chicago. 
- Jason Klevens - promoted to president at JLT Specialty USA, Aerospace Practice and will remain in the Atlanta office

Partners Specialty Group Inc., an AmWINS Group Company, has added Michael Coelho to its Property team. Prior to joining Partners, Coelho served as a senior vice president/property broker for Swett & Crawford/CRC Swett. 

Workers' compensation carrier Pinnacol Assurance has appointed Thomas D. Denberg, MD the company's new senior medical director. Dr. Denberg most recently served as executive vice president of the Carilion Clinic in Virginia.

XL Catlin's Excess & Surplus insurance team has named Caitlin Murphy to the role of Eastern regional vice president, E&S Property.  Promoted from senior underwriter, in her new role, Murphy will direct regional underwriting operations and product and business development from XL Catlin's Boston office.  

Bill Post has joined InVEST's national board. Post joined the state auto team in 2016 as the employee relations officer and has climbed through the ranks.
