RiskMatch has appointed Bridget Maeve Hoyt client engagement manager. Hoyt joins from Aon Inpoint where she served as an engagement leader.

Emy R. Donavan has been promoted to global head of cyber for Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE. Donavan previously served as regional head of cyber for AGCS North America. 

Majesco announced the following expansions to its leadership team:

Michael O'Malley has been appointed senior vice president for public policy for The American Insurance Association. O'Malley previously served as president of O'Malley Public Policy Collaborations LLC.

Bernie Tobin has been appointed executive vice president of sales & marketing for RYZE Claim Solutions. Tobin joins from Cunningham Lindsey where he served as vice president, sales & account management. 

Hartville Pet Insurance Group has appointed Dr. Wendy Hauser AVP of veterinary relations. Hauser currently serves as president of Peak Veterinary Consulting. 

Todd DeStefano has been appointed senior vice president of ESIS ProClaim, Chubb's risk management solutions division. DeStefano previously served as director of insurance practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. 

Sullivan Insurance Group has appointed Lauren L. Deluca to their commercial lines department. Deluca joins from Insurance Marketing Agency. 

Auto Club Group, the second largest AAA club in the nation, announced the following appointments: 

  • Jeanine Raquet - executive vice president, insurance operations and distribution 
  • Thomas White - senior vice president, financial services – banking and life insurance
  • Gene Boehm - vice president, strategy and direct insurance and sales operation

Kevin Rabinowitz has been appointed head of placement strategy and carrier engagement for Integro Insurance Brokers' operations in North America and the U.K. Rabinowitz previously served as senior vice president and insurer consulting leader at Marsh. 

Orchid Underwriters Insurance Agency LLC has promoted Brad Emmons to chief executive officer.  Emmons, who joined Orchid in 1998, previously served as president. 

Joe Rossi has been appointed flood specialist for Rogers & Gray Insurance. Rossi joins from Flood Insurance Services of America, a consulting firm he started in 2014. 

Brown Thayer Shedd Insurance Agency has appointed Ryan P. Garrity senior vice president of their Darien, Connecticut, location. Garrity most recently served for Rand Insurance's private client group division. 

Donna DeMaio has rejoined AIG as executive vice president and chief auditor, effective April 17. DeMaio previously served as president and chief executive officer of United Guaranty Corporation. 

Cunningham Lindsey Canada Claims Services Limited has appointed Fred Nzivo senior multi-line adjuster in Calgary. Nzivo previously served as an independent adjuster and staff adjuster with both national adjusting firms and insurers. 

Brightway Insurance announced the following appointments: 

  • Paul Griffin - distribution consultant 
  • John Powell - distribution consultant

Guillaume Déal has been appointed managing director, continental Europe for Navigators Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of The Navigators Group Inc. Déal joins from Credit Agricole Group where he was chief underwriting officer. 

The Hartford has appointed A. Morris "Mo" Tooker head of its middle market segment. Tooker previously served as president of General Reinsurance Corporation.
