DryTrack™ is more than a simple water damage software. It is a mobile mitigation management tool that helps thousands of restoration professionals rationalize the drying process with pre-programmed IICRC S500 recommendations built within the application. Its objective approach has an intuitive suggested air and moisture reading entry system, intelligent moisture meter scales, and default industry equipment already saved in the program.

DryTrack™ was designed to be objective, built on the premise that it does not leave the documentation process open to interpretation. Instead, it will provide recommendations based on IICRC S500 (2015) without forcing compliance, unless it is necessary by the Standard of Care. DryTrack™ will force compliance with the "Should's" or requirements of the S500 standard textbook, not the recommendations in the document which are often misinterpreted as part of the Standard. It is important to note that this approach doesn't try to reduce claim cost or increase equipment income. Instead, the readings captured through DryTrack™ help restoration companies become more transparent and rationalize the time spent and decisions made in the claims mitigation process.

Real Time Moisture Reporting

The DryTrack™ Report provides a detailed summary of drying activities over the course of a job. This report consists of a brief summary of the job, followed by all pertinent information gathered while drying activities were in progress. This report also contains any photos and sketches added from the Photos or Documents section of a job. To view the DryTrack™ Report, simply click the DryTrack™ Report icon on the Claim Summary page of a job.

  • Drying Standards, goals, and goal deviations for all materials and meters used on the job

Secure, Scalable, and Offline Capable

Dry Track™ is truly scalable, allowing enough flexibility for single user application on smaller water jobs or multiple users for larger losses. Since DryTrack™ is cloud based, it allows for real time reporting and collaborative use. DryTrack™ was also designed to work in offline mode, which can be quite useful in CAT situations or remote areas where coverage is an issue. Data put into the app is secure and encrypted at rest. The data will then sync automatically once entering a service zone. Dry Track™ is the new standard in reporting and documentation for a paperless and transparent restoration industry.
