Dallas-based property and casualty wholesaler and MGA U.S. Risk, LLC has named Wayne H. Carter III president of its proprietary programs group U.S. Risk Underwriters, Inc. He joins from W.R. Berkley's Berkley Program Specialists where he served as president.
Rogers & Gray Insurance has promoted Allison McEachern to senior vice president, director of human resources. Her previous role was director of employee benefits.
Chadwick Willoughby has been promoted to president of Memphis, Tennessee-based Farris Evans Insurance Agency, Inc. Willoughby previously served as vice president.
Zurich North America has made the following appointments to its North America Commercial Insurance unit and leadership team (formerly the Commercial Markets and Global Corporate in North America units):
- Paul Horgan – head
- Richard Montminy – head of property
- Brandon Fick – head of casualty
- Marcus Cooper – head of middle markets

Robert Moussaid has been appointed senior vice president of JLT Specialty USA, a U.S. subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc. (JLT). Moussaid joins from Energy Future Holdings where he served as director, risk and insurance.
Philadelphia Insurance Companies has promoted James Decker to senior vice president of Underwriting. Decker previously served as vice president.
London-based wholesale insurance and reinsurance broker Ed has made the following appointments:
- Neil Perry – group CFO
- Gary Corke – CEO of underwriting
Perry will replace Russell Benzies, who is leaving Ed later this year. Perry joins from joins from Willis Towers Watson where he served as finance director for the retail, London market and reinsurance divisions. Corke joins from SHA Specialist Underwriters where he served as CEO.
The board of directors of Impact Community Capital (ICC) has appointed Jeff Brenner as president and chief executive officer. Brenner previously served as interim president and CEO.
RIC Insurance General Agency, Inc. has appointed Travis Campbell senior broker. Campbell joins from USG Insurance Services, Inc. where he served as producer/broker, commercial lines.
