Columbia, South Carolina-based Duck Creek Technologies said it has acquired Charlotte, North Carolina-based insurance data management solution company Yodil, LLC.

Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Yodil was founded in 2010, and offers business intelligence, data warehousing, data quality and data governance solutions for property and casualty, workers' comp and specialty lines of insurance.
