New York City-based risk management professional association RIMS has appointed Nowell R. Seaman, director of global risk management for Saskatchewan-based Potash Corporation, its president for 2017.
Seaman has been a member of RIMS for 21 years and has served on its Board of Directors for nine years.
“As president, it is my goal to ensure that the Society's momentum continues forward and that, together, our global network is prepared for whatever may come next,” said Seaman.
RIMS also named the other officers of its board for 2017:
