Worcester, Massachusetts-based Hanover Insurance Group Inc. said it has appointed Mark L. Keim executive vice president for corporate development and strategy, effective Nov. 21.
In his new role, Keim will work with Hanover's senior team to identify strategic business opportunities and to develop and implement the company's long-term business plan.
Keim joins from HealthReveal, the New York City-based data analytics company he co-founded. He also held leadership roles at Hartford-based health insurer Aetna from 2008 to 2014, serving as global head of strategy and corporate development, as well as president of the organization's venture capital business. Keim is a graduate of Lehigh University and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
