Denver-based specialty insurance advisors JLT Specialty USA said it has appointed Justin Riccio senior vice president, Kevin Rucinski vice president, and Matt Franzese vice president. Riccio joins from Amsure, where he was a vice president; Rucinski joins from Adirondack Trust Co., where was a commercial lines account executive; and Franzese joins from Amsure, where he was an account executive.
Jacksonville, Florida-based property and casualty insurance retailer Brightway Insurance said Paul Sacchieri is the new owner of its recently opened location in Blanchard, Oklahoma.
Kansas City, Missouri-based independent insurance broker Lockton Cos. said it has appointed Mike Meredith executive vice president, Mickey Molet senior vice president, and Teri Fuentes senior vice president. All three join from Willis Towers Watson, where Meredith was executive vice president/practice leader for health and benefits in Florida; Molet was a senior vice president; and Fuentes was a senior vice president.
DeWitt, New York-based Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New York said it has promoted Lisa K. Lounsbury to interim president and chief executive officer from senior vice president. She joined the organization in 1999.
Chicago-based commercial and specialty insurer CNA said it has appointed Laurie Munson vice president, global services. Munson joins from Chubb, where she was vice president, worldwide services manager.
Dublin-based insurance and reinsurance giant XL Catlin said it has appointed Steven Zimmerman client distribution leader of its broker and client management team. Zimmerman joins from Gallagher Bassett Services, where he was senior vice president.
Valhalla, New York-based insurance brokerage and consulting company USI Insurance Services said it has appointed Brianna Berry account manager for employee benefits, Nick Giancola employee benefits consultant, and Kim Patrick employee benefits consultant.
Berry joins from Jones Day, where she was a benefits specialist, Giancola joins from CGI Voluntary Benefits, where he was president; and Patrick joins from Chapman and Chapman, where she was an account executive. All three are based at USI's Independence, Ohio, office.
USI also said it has appointed Brian D. Bark president, employee benefits at its Woburn, Massachusetts, office, and has promoted Heidi King to consultant from account executive, and Brian Muldoon to senior account executive from account executive.
Boca Raton, Florida-based National Council on Compensation Insurance said it appointed Susan Donegan chief regulatory services officer. Donegan joins from the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation, where she was chief regulator for financial services.
London-based insurer Neon said it has appointed Dwayne Hunt senior vice president, Property Insurance at its Bermuda office, which opened earlier this year. Hunt joins from Chubb Bermuda, where he was senior vice president and property manager.
Aon Risk Solutions, the risk management business of London-based Aon plc, said it has named James C. Trainor senior vice president of its cyber solutions group. Trainor joins from the FBI, where he led the cyber division.
Jacksonville, Florida-based specialty insurer Fortegra said it has appointed Mark Rattner executive vice president, chief underwriter and head of product management. He joins from Houston International Insurance Group, where he was senior vice president.
London-based advisor firm and brokerage Willis Towers Watson said it has made the following promotions:
- Joe Gunn to head of North America from Northeast region lead of North America.
- Carl Hess to head of investment, risk and reinsurance from co-head of North America.
- Todd Jones to head of corporate risk and broking from co-head of North America.
- Anne Pullum, to chief administrative officer and head of strategy from head of strategy.
Willis Towers Watson also said Tim Wright will be leaving the company. Wright served as head of corporate risk and broking.
