Denver-based financial investigations company RGL Forensics said it has opened an office in Frankfurt, Germany.

New York City-based insurance brokerage and risk management company Integro Insurance Brokers said it has acquired Insurance Revolution Inc., the parent company of Princeton, New Jersey-based insurance retail broker Maloy Risk Services Inc. and Piedmont Managers LLC, a Lloyd's cover holder for hedge fund management liability and technology errors and omissions insurance products. Maloy's financial, life science and technology teams will operate as part of Integro's risk management division, while Piedmont managers will continue to operate within the same division, the company said. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The Bothell, Washington-based Property Drone Consortium, a collaboration of insurance carriers, construction industry leaders and supporting enterprises, said it will provide Marion County (Kansas) Emergency Management with a drone, sensors and other resources that can be used to support its emergency management and response efforts.

London-based Sompo Canopius AG said it has opened an ocean marine insurance business from its New York City office.

Chicago-based insurance broker Hub International Ltd. said it has acquired Edmonton, Alberta-based managing general agency New Dimensions Underwriters Ltd.; Warwick, Rhode Island-based insurance agency Hickey & Associates; and the assets of Anchorage, Alaska-based Patterson Insurance Brokers. Terms of the three acquisitions were not disclosed.
