New York City-based Women in the Boardroom, an organization aiming to advance women in the workplace and into corporate boardrooms, said that Aspen Re, the reinsurance segment of Bermuda-based Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd., has joined the organization as a corporate member.

Aspen Re's position as a corporate member will allow its senior-level female employees to:

- Have networking opportunities.
- Have access to board opening notifications, live webinars and a recorded content library.
- Have access to a matchmaking program and annual board assembly.
