New York City-based Travelers Cos. Inc. said it will now offer insurance directly to small businesses in the United Kingdom with fewer than 10 employees and less than £2.5 million in revenue.
New York City-based insurance brokerage and risk management company Integro Insurance Brokers Holdings Ltd. said it has acquired Ocala, Fla.-based Jerry Parks Equine Insurance Inc. and Parks Insurance Corp. Financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.

Bethesda-based travel, home, family, health and automotive assistance services provider Europ Assistance USA said it is rebranding its identity protection and travel business units to Generali Global Assistance. Europ Assistance is owned by Trieste, Italy-based insurer Generali Group.
