Boston-based Property & Casualty insurer Liberty Mutual Insurance said it has made three senior promotions in its Commercial Insurance operating unit:

    • Mike Fallon to president of national insurance from chief financial officer of commercial insurance. He joined Liberty Mutual in 1993.  
    • Steve McAnena to president of business Insurance from president of Liberty Mutual Benefits. He joined in 1993.
    • Tracy Ryan to chief claims officer from chief product officer of commercial insurance. She joined Liberty Mutual in 1994. 

Los Angeles-based national wholesale brokerage and managing general agent Worldwide Facilities LLC said it has appointed Chris Moulder vice president and broker. He joins from R-T Specialty LLC and is based in Atlanta. 

Bloomington, Ill.-based actuarial and management consulting firm Pinnacle Actuarial Resources Inc. said it has named Legaré W. Gresham, Jing Liu and Radost Wenman consulting actuaries. 

Memphis, Tenn.-based Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. said it has named Michael Holden president and Terry Deamer senior vice president of its subsidiary, Sedgwick CMS Canada/Vericlaim Canada. Holden joins from Granite Claims Solutions, where he was president and chief executive officer. Deamer also joins from Granite, where he was chief financial officer.

Alexandria, Va.-based insurance education program InVEST said it has named Amanda Taylor to its board of directors. She is vice president of strategic initiatives for the property and casualty division of QBE North America. 

Bermuda-based insurer and reinsurer Aspen Insurance said it has appointed Erik Armellino as its international head of onshore energy and construction. He joins from Advent Underwriting Ltd., where he was head of underwriting performance and head of property direct and facultative.

Aspen also said it has promoted Mike Toppi to global head of surety risk from executive vice president and chief surety lines underwriter, and Paul Sanders to global head of credit and political risk from head of credit and political risk. 

New York City-based insurer Assurant Inc. said it has appointed Richard S. Dziadzio chief financial officer and treasurer, effective July 18, 2016. He joins Assurant from QBE North America, where he was CFO. Dziadzio succeeds Christopher J. Pagano, who has served as CFO and treasurer since August 2014 and will move into the newly created role of chief risk officer.

Bothell, Wa.-based aerial imagery, data analytics and geographic information system software company EagleView Technology Corp. said it has named Bill Bunker chief executive officer, succeeding Chris Barrow, effective June 8. Bunker joins from ClarityHealth, where he was chief executive officer.

EagleView also said it has promoted Rishi Daga, to president from executive vice president of commercial sales.

Boston-based insurance and consulting services Xceedance said it has named George Freimarck vice president for marketing and business development. He joins from CoreLogic, where he was a practice leader.

Switzerland-based Property & Casualty insurancer Zurich Insurance said it has promoted Dave Anderson to head of credit and political risk from global business development director for credit and political risk. He joined the company in 2002.

London-based modelling and analytics company Sciemus said it has appointed Nick Beecroft director of product innovation and strategy. Beecroft joins from Lloyd's of London, where he was emerging risks and research manager.
