Chicago-based Burns & Wilcox Brokerage said it has added Steve Bartell, Jody Oster and Erich Steinhaus as brokers. The three join from Maximum Brokerage.
Monterey, Calif.-based Property & Casualty insurer Capital Insurance Group said it has promoted Andrew Doll to vice president and chief operating officer from vice president and chief actuary. He joined the company in 2014.
New York City-based insurer Travelers Cos. Inc. said it has promoted Greg Toczydlowski to president of business insurance from executive vice president. He joined the company in 1990.
Travelers also said Doreen Spadorcia, the company's vice chairman of technology, claim services, operations and risk control, and chief executive officer of personal insurance and bond and specialty insurance, is retiring after 30 years of service, effective Sept. 1.
New York City-based Property & Casualty insurer Ironshore Inc. said Tara Houvenagle, Western region casualty manager, will assume the additional role of wholesale west branch executive for the Western region. She joined the company in 2009 and is based in St. Louis.
North Little Rock, Ark.-based, environmental consulting firm Center for Toxicology & Environmental Health said it has added Mike Niles as consultant on its major projects team.
Jersey City, N.J.-based data analytics provider Verisk Analytics said it has expanded roles for members of its senior executive team, effective June 6:
- Mark Anquillare, currenlty chief financial officer, has been named to the newly created position of chief operating officer.
- Eva Huston, currently Verisk's treasurer and chief knowledge officer, will succeed Anquillare as chief financial officer.
- Nana Banerjee and Steve Halliday have been named to the newly created roles of group president.
Brentwood, Tenn.-based insurance risk services company Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. said it has promoted Matt Anglin, AIC, to senior vice president of claims from assistant vice president. He joined the company in 1999.
Denver-based independent insurance brokers IMA Inc. said it has promoted Sandy Harvath to president of IMA Colorado from senior vice president of commercial lines, Brian Sandy to president of IMA subsidiary Signature Select from president of special risk, and Erin Syring to the newly created position of executive vice president of operations from vice president of commercial lines.
